Okay everyone here is our work from our first 2 weeks of school.... We have decided to row for 2 weeks because we do alot of things with our homeschool group and we wanted not only flexibility but enough time to really dive into each book.....
For now we are using seperate Spelling, and reading programs but I may be replacing these with Learning Language Arts through Literature: Red Book. Not sure but we'll see.....
Here is Morgan's math work (for now the beginning is review from first grade). She is using MCP Math: grade 2
Next is Handwriting. This year we are transitioning to cursive..... using A Reason for Handwriting: TransitionHere we have Morgan's Spelling. She is working in Steck-Vaughn Grade 2.
Here is the latest story Morgan read in her Pathway Readers...... She is reading the second book on the "first grade" level. And now the fun part!!!! Drum roll please................

Oh your pages are wonderful! Can you share where your lapbooking components came from?
Oh I LOVE it! You did a great job. I really liked how you use the colors of the book cover and the fact that your daughter is in the pictures. Great keepsake!
Hi Kate,
I'm from the FIAR boards and wanted to pop over and say hello! Your blog is great - very fun to read. The Ping pages look really nice. See you on the boards!
