Each month we have a book club that I lead with our homeschool group.... This past month we read Jalapeño Bagels by: Natasha Wing. This is a cute book about a little boy who needs to bring something to school for international day. His parents own a pastry shop and he decides to pick something that his families makes there. In the back are some recipes of the treats mentioned in the book.... so of course we needed to make them and share with our book club friends.
I have never made bagels before but I will in the future... They were alot of fun and oh so tasty!!!

Ahh . We read "Jalapeno Bagels" too . We enjoyed that story . We haven't made the bagels yet . But that looks like alot of fun .
